
Customer Support
In accordance with Act 44/2002 of 22nd November of Reform Measures for the Financial System, Order ECO/734/2004, of 11th March and development regulations. The company provides its clients with "Customer Support" that, in a period of two months, will attend to and solve the complaints and claims that its customers may put forward.

In the event of the claims not being satisfactorily resolved they can be sent to the Commissioner for the defence of Customers of Financial Services in the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission).
