IM CÉDULAS 9, Asset Securitisation Fund
This fund issues Securitisation bonds to the value of 1,275 million euros.
The issuers of the mortgage covered bonds are Cajamar, Caja Laboral Popular, Banca March, La Caja de Canarias, Banco Espirito Santo and Caja Cantabria
The issued bonds have a credit rating of AAA /AAA (Moody's /Fitch).
IM PASTOR 4, Asset Securitisation Funds
This is a Securitisation Fund that groups Banco Pastor's mortgage loans. The bonds have the credit rating of S&P and Moody's.
The Fund has issued Securitisation Bonds divided into different Series to a total value of 920 million euros
