In 1990, CIMD buys InterMoney, the oldest Broker in the Spanish market, founded in 1973.
Since then InterMoney S.A.'s activities have been directed towards the analysis and macroeconomic monitoring of the financial markets, to consulting, advisory services and training.
The technical analysts make forecasts of the main indexes of the world stock exchanges, as well as the main shares on those stock exchanges, the bond markets and the main foreign currencies. The fundamental analysis covers the developed economies and the main Latin American countries.
The forecasts are renewed monthly and are published more extensively in a special document. They make references to the evolution of important macroeconomic developments, official rates and financial markets of the EMU, U.S.A, Japan and the main emerging economies.
In addition, there is an executive analysis of the events in the financial markets during the previous month and the forecasted scenario for the following month based on our macroeconomic forecasts.
As in the rest of the reports, it contains financial information designed for decision making.
