Legal Conditions
In compliance with "Ley Orgánica 15/1999" on Personal data Protection, the Client/User is informed of the incorporation of their details in company files and the automated processing of said files.
These details will be used for the formalisation of contractual relations and for the marketing of financial products and will be sent to InterMoney Valores' technical and commercial departments.
The Client/User is also informed about the possibility to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition established in the current legislation by contacting the Legal Department, Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, s/n - Torre Picasso, planta 23 28020 Madrid, Tel.- 91/432 64 00(dptolegal@grupocimd.com). InterMoney Valores, as well as the rest of the institutions of the CIMD Group or institutions linked to the group by commercial collaboration agreements, will be able to send information on products and services, except if expressly stated otherwise by the the Client/User. This acceptance is always reversible and is not retroactive.
