Customer Service

In accordance with the provisions of Law 44/2002, of 22 November, concerning measures to reform the financial system, Order ECO/734/2004, of 11 March, and its implementing regulations, the Company provides its clients with a “Customer Service” to field clients’ queries and resolve complaints within a maximum period of two months.

Should queries and complaints not be satisfactorily resolved, clients may address the CNMV's Commissioner for the Protection of Financial Services Clients.
